Description
Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 12 Procedures/FAR 12.102(b)) for sole-source procurement. This Justification is for the acquisition of brand-name only Chainalysis Reactor Licenses directly from the owner and developer of the product, Chainalysis Government Solutions. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) requires Reactor licenses, training, and other in-country support in the Spanish language as a donation to Government of Mexico law enforcement entities.
