Description
Bureau of Reclamation, Green Springs Powerplant in Ashland, OR experienced a high-voltage (HV) bushing failure in 2025. The failed bushing was replaced with a spare bushing on site. All bushings were tested after the replacement work was completed. As a result of testing, the results indicated that the bushings showed signs of degradation and failure. This solicitation will be to purchase direct replacement bushings for the original ABB 115W0800XA 115 kV breaker bushing and the appropriate assembly draw lead adapters. This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated award date is the third week of September. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12.
