PISP-REPLACE VISITOR CENTER ROOF

Solicitation Number: 140PS126Q0060 In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Enclosed in a competitive requirement set-aside for small businesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to replace a failing roof system over an existing ~6000 square foot building serving as a visitor center and tribal offices. The existing roofing material is a faux cedar shake composite which is failing, and fascia and cupola components are also at the end of their lifespan. This project will replace the failing roof components with a standing seam metal roof for a longer lifespan and protection from wildfire. Oral communications/telephone communication is unacceptable. Questions submitted after this time may not be entertained. All questions submitted shall reference specific parts of the solicitation, including page numbers. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered prior to the date that proposals are due. An amendment will be issued to answer all questions received in response to this solicitation. Proposals are due via email by 3:00 PM MST on 10 September 2026.
