Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE (FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting competition In accordance with FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting competition, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), on behalf of the FWS ARD-Mgtry Birds and State Prgrm intends to issue a sole source award to the following contractor: ARC is the sole entity able to efficently able to complete Phase II as a continuation of Phase I. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same products may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the products the US Fish and Wildlife Services are seeking in this proposed acquisition.
