This event is encouraged but not mandatory. Site visit is scheduled for Monday Aug 31, 2026, at 9AM local time. Please look at Site Visit clause for full details. Questions related to this solicitation are due September 4, 2026, at 1100 Central Time. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation; if no questions are received, no amendment will be posted. Questions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
