Description
The purpose of this acquisiton package is to replace an aging AHU to restore reliable, code-compliant environmental control; reduce operational and contamination risk; maintain environmental stability; and ensure continued compliance with applicable federal, state, mechanical, and safety code requirements. Replacement of the AHU with modern, high-efficiency system will support clean-room contamination control needs, improve energy performance, and ensure continued mission capibility for NOAA and NIST research programs. A site visit will occur on August 26, 2026 from 3:30 PM ET to 4:15 PM EST. Please RSVP no later than August 25, 2026 by 5:00 PM EST to [email protected] & [email protected] with the names of personnel that will attend and the potential prime contractor they represent. Each potential prime contractor will be limited to two (2) attendees. Attendees are required to be US Citizens and have a valid Government-issued identification. Attendees are required to have Tyvek coveralls, hood, and booties to enter the space. Please see Amendment 0002 documents attached (03 Amd 2 & 03 Amd 2 Att F) that answer the remaining questions received from industry.
