Description
The purpose of amendment 02 is add attachment 3 RFQ and extend the response date from Aug 28 to 11am CDT Sept 1, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0199 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a temperature Monitoring System (TMS), system to monitor critical laboratory environments, including ultra-low temperature units, refrigerators, freezers, etc. The system will require 1,150 temperature probes installed, annual maintenance, annual calibration, software upgrades and onsite technical support. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334290 The small business size standard is 800 employees This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
