Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0089 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Sherando Recreation Area Rehabilitation, George Washington-Jefferson National Forest. This project is intended to replace existing infrastructure that is obsolete and beyond its usable life. Work will address the failing water distribution system, rehabilitate existing bathhouses, and renovate Day Use area facilities. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 237110. The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.
