Description

This project consists of removing existing electric single packaged vertical unit (SPVU) and legally dispose. Provide and install similar new electric 4-ton SPVU (minimum 11 EER/3.3 COP) with defrost kit [Bard W48HFA15 and Bard HVAC 8620-223 Defrost Board Replacement Kit or approved equals], including all electrical (with any necessary connections or upgrades to the panel), structural or ducting modifications, and non-proprietary, programmable control(s). Perform startup testing and adjustments. Provide O&M manual(s), including as-built drawings. Obtain all appropriate permits necessary to complete the project. Clean all existing air ductwork (interior surfaces) and registers with HEPA filtrated vacuum device(s) and legally dispose of waste. Disconnect flexible ducting for cleaning and inspection, then reconnect properly and inspect when the system is running. Project Location: Three Rivers Ranger Station (Bldg #2017) 255 W 11th Ave, Kettle Falls, WA 99141 This project is being solicited in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). The Government will issue a request for quotes directly from local HVAC contractors, and will not issue a solicitation on SAM.gov.
