A total of 39 quotation packages were received. 28 offers were considered "Nonresponsive" to the solictation's requirement by failing to acknowledge Amendment 01 (Posted 5/19/2026) and/or Amendment 02 (Posted 5/21/2026) as updated in the "Attachments" section on the SAM website. In addition, many vendors failed to submit evaluation Factor #2, Factor #3, or failed to submit both. Only 11 vendors successfully provided all required submittals to the CO.
