Description
This is an Intent to Sole Source Notice. The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Hach Company for maintenance and calibration of the Hach equipment installed throughout the Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) facility from 10-01-2026-09-29-2031. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C §2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attached is the draft Statement of Work (SOW). The NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, with a size standard of $34 million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 12:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 8 September 2026 to [email protected].
