Synopsis

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) applied for a grant through the Friends of Resevoirs (FOR) program. The grant specifically stated USACE would work with WPC on a Fish Habitat Improvement Project on Salmon Creek located near Kelletville, Pennsylvania. This will be a cost shared project. No federal funds are being obligated with this action. The Cooperative Agreement will use the funds provided by FOR (for USACE's share). This is not an application request. Any comments regarding USACE's intentions may be submitted to the Grants Officer.

Who can apply

Cooperative Agreement to be sole sourced to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC).
