The U.S. Embassy Tirana of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out Democracy Commission Program. Please follow all instructions below.

• Empowerment of Women and Youth 

• Combatting Human Trafficking

• Reforms

• Environment/Climate change

• Elections (to not include election day monitoring)

Who can apply

• Albanian not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations • U.S. organizations and individuals are not eligible for grants under the program.
