Federally recognized tribes, tribally-designated housing entities, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and individuals are not eligible applicants for this NOFO. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
