Synopsis

The U.S. Embassy’s Public Diplomacy Section in Dhaka announces an open competition to implement programs that promote U.S. exports and improve the business environment in Bangladesh for U.S. companies. This initiative aims to expand commercial engagement, improve market access, and build awareness of U.S. standards, products, and practices. Proposed programs should include clear American connections and engage Bangladeshi businesses, entrepreneurs, civil society, and policymakers. Target participants may include SMEs, business associations, chambers of commerce, and academic or trade institutions. Successful proposals will address all of the following key areas: export promotion, trade facilitation, intellectual property, transparent practices, and innovation. Proposals should outline clear objectives, expected outcomes, and alignment with U.S. policy goals.
