Synopsis
The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to support the investigation of HIV-1 Envelope (Env) cell surface expression, the structural mechanism of biologic-mediated cell killing, and the development of novel approaches to enhance the recognition and elimination of Env-expressing, HIV-1 infected cells. These studies are expected to inform the development of immunotherapies and targeted vaccines for HIV-1 prevention and cure.
