Synopsis
On behalf of the Office of the Secretary of War/Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)) and the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy (OUSW(P)), the Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) seeks applications for sole-source awards from the University of Hawaii for the continuation of work for the Pacific Disaster Center (PDC) program.
