Synopsis
The purpose of the Switzer Research Fellowships program is to build research capacity by providing support to highly qualified individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to conduct research on rehabilitation, independent living, and other experiences and outcomes of people with disabilities. Fellows must conduct original research on topics that are relevant to the lives of people with disabilities. Fellows' research must focus on health and function, employment, or community living and participation outcomes among people with disabilities. NIDILRR plans to make four fellowship awards under this opportunity. Fellowship awards will have one 12-month project period.
