Synopsis
The goal of this FOA is to support a convener for FDA OMHHE's Racial & Ethnic minority Acceleration Consortium for Health Equity (REACH). REACH, supported through a separate FOA, will consist of 5-8 multi-project cooperative agreement (U01) awardees that will strengthen and advance minority health and health equity regulatory needs by supporting communications, research, and collaboration on diseases and conditions that disproportionately impact racial and ethnic minority populations, as well as prepare for and proactively respond to existing/emerging threats that impact racial and ethnic minority and other underrepresented or undeserved communities.
The REACH convener supported by this FOA will be responsible for: coordinating cross-REACH data integration, analysis, and visualization; coordinating convening, workshops, and fostering collaborations amongst REACH investigators by managing the REACH subcommittees and an infrastructure to support collaborative studies.
